Trueline's client, a reputable personal injury law firm located in Florida, is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a forward-thinking firm dedicated to serving the community and fighting for justice on behalf of their clients.
What You'll Do as the Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney:
- Try several cases a year
- Strategize and work with staff on litigation cases
- Work with management to establish procedures & standards to maximize case outcomes
- Work with management to develop training & development paths for staff
- Work closely with management to build an outstanding litigation team
- Draft/review pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, demands, depositions, mediations, hearings, court appearances, and trial dockets
You'll Succeed as the Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney if you Have:
- Extensive litigation experience with a successful track record
- Florida State Bar license
- Knowledge of recent trends and legal changes affecting personal injury practice procedures
- Ability to be a team player with a desire to positively impact those around you
- Strong work ethic and legal competency
