Trueline's client, a highly-rated real estate law firm with offices in Virginia and Maryland, is seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join their team in Richmond. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a reputable firm in a hybrid role with great benefits and a casual working environment.


What You'll Do as the Real Estate Attorney:

  • Analyze legal issues and strategies for real estate, title, and foreclosure matters
  • Attend hearings and court appearances
  • Communicate with clients, staff, and others to ensure proper case handling
  • Prioritize and manage a high volume of files with great attention to detail under strict deadlines
  • Perform quality control reviews of documents and staff work
  • Demonstrate proficiency in inputting and maintaining case management system data


You'll Succeed as the Bankruptcy Attorney if you Have:

  • Strong organizational and detail orientation skills
  • Superior oral and written communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask effectively and work well individually or in a group
  • Virginia bar admission (DC or MD bar is a plus)
  • Recent grads with relevant background encouraged to apply
  • Experience representing banks/mortgage servicers or general real estate, foreclosure, and litigation experience (a plus)
