Trueline's client, a thriving personal injury law firm located in Queens, NY, is seeking a Senior Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing firm that values dedication, excellence, and exceptional client service.


What You'll Do as the Senior Personal Injury Associate Attorney:

  • Oversee a caseload from inception to trial, ensuring seamless progress and exceptional outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough depositions and work up cases for trial, leveraging your expertise in New York CPLR and litigation.
  • Keep clients regularly apprised, delivering strategic legal representation and achieving maximum settlements.
  • Settle cases efficiently, always advocating passionately on behalf of the injured.
  • Collaborate with a team that prides itself on going above and beyond the typical injury law firm.


You'll Succeed as the Senior Personal Injury Associate Attorney if you Have:

  • 5+ years of personal injury experience, preferably on the plaintiff side
  • Solid understanding of personal injury law, tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, and NY CPLR.
  • New York State Bar membership and a license to practice law.
  • Superior research, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Extensive deposition experience; trial experience is a plus.
  • Diligence, responsibility, and work stability. A self-starter mindset.
  • Proficiency with computers and legal software (familiarity with SmartAdvocate is a plus).
