Trueline's client is seeking a Senior Trial Attorney to join their Public Entity & Insurance Defense Practice Group in a hybrid remote position. This is an exciting opportunity to work on significant cases headed to trial at a well-established firm.
What You'll Do as the Senior Trial Attorney:
- Represent public entities such as railway, metro, or bus companies in civil litigation matters
- Manage all aspects of the discovery process and court procedures
- Develop and execute case strategy
- Handle complex cases and prepare for trials
- Demonstrate excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
- Multitask and manage multiple cases simultaneously
You'll Succeed as the Senior Trial Attorney if you Have:
- 5+ years of experience working in insurance defense litigation
- Extensive trial experience representing clients in court
- In-depth knowledge of immunities and related legal principles
- Strong legal research and writing abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
