Trueline's client, a mid-sized full-service Chicago law firm, is seeking an Employment & Insurance Defense Attorney to join their litigation practice in Illinois. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work on complex cases and gain valuable experience in a supportive environment.

What You'll Do as the Employment/Insurance Defense Attorney:

• Defend clients in EPLI, discrimination, and wage/hour claims.
• Handle all forms of tort liability cases, including premises, construction, and transportation.
• Manage a diverse caseload and meet billable hour requirements.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and legal professionals.

You'll Succeed as the Employment/Insurance Defense Attorney If You Have:

• 3+ years of experience in employment/insurance defense litigation.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Admission to practice law in Illinois.
• A commitment to providing exceptional client service.
