Trueline's client, a renowned East Texas insurance defense law firm with over 25 years of experience, is seeking an Associate Litigation Attorney to join their team in Tyler, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity to work at a firm known for its team-oriented approach, allowing associates to experience every aspect of being a lawyer.


What You'll Do as the Associate Litigation Attorney:

  • Evaluate cases upon intake and draft reports to insurers
  • Interview clients and witnesses
  • Answer discovery requests
  • Handle depositions
  • Prepare and argue motions before judges
  • Sit second chair at trials
  • Provide competent, ethical, and diligent representation of clients in assigned cases


You'll Succeed as the Associate Litigation Attorney if you Have:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Interest in developing your skills in insurance defense
  • License to practice law in the State of Texas (or actively working towards passing the bar exam)
