Trueline's client, a personal injury law firm based in Texas, is seeking a talented Attorney with 2-7 years of experience in personal injury defense litigation to join their team in an office setting. This is an exciting opportunity to take on substantive work in a collegial and team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do as the Attorney:
- Interact with clients and provide legal counsel
- Prepare reports and handle case documentation
- Manage discovery processes
- Attend hearings and represent clients
- Take depositions and gather evidence
- Conduct legal research and draft writings
- Assist with trying lawsuits in court
- (Applicants should include a 5-page or less writing sample)
You'll Succeed as the Attorney if you Have:
- 2-7 years of personal injury defense litigation experience
- Licensed to practice law in Texas
- Strong writing and research abilities
- Excellent client communication skills
- Insurance defense or construction defect experience (a plus)
