Trueline's client, a leading fire protection company in Southeastern Pennsylvania, is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician to join their team in maintaining and inspecting commercial and residential fire safety systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to contribute to public safety and grow within a dynamic industry.


What You'll Do as the Fire Sprinkler Service Technician:

  • Conduct on-site service, repairs, and inspections of various fire sprinkler systems
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with sprinkler systems and components
  • Manage parts ordering and installation processes
  • Maintain detailed records of all work performed
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service
  • Ensure company vehicle is properly maintained and stocked
  • Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards


Must-Haves as the Fire Sprinkler Service Technician:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fire sprinkler systems
  • Thorough knowledge of NFPA 25, 13D, 13R, and 13 standards
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Proficiency in servicing wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems, as well as fire pumps
  • Comfort with mobile technology for communication and documentation
  • Physical capability to perform duties in various challenging positions and heights
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Willingness to work overtime and travel within a 50-75 mile radius


Nice-To-Haves as the Fire Sprinkler Service Technician:

  • NICET I and II certifications in Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance
  • Experience with backflow testing and rebuild certification
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
