Trueline's client, a respected mid-size architecture and engineering firm in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a Project Architect to join their dynamic team. This role offers the chance to lead innovative projects across the United States while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.


What You'll Do as the Project Architect:

• Spearhead projects from initial concept through completion, gaining comprehensive knowledge of project delivery

• Collaborate with in-house designers and engineers in a multi-disciplinary team setting

• Engage directly with clients, representing the firm's commitment to excellence

• Participate in team huddles, mentorship programs, and cross-departmental collaborations

• Contribute to quality assurance processes and mentor junior staff members

• Help shape the firm's culture and maintain high project standards


You'll Succeed as the Project Architect if you Have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's preferred)

• 5-10 years of experience in architectural design or as a practicing architect

• Architectural license or active pursuit of licensure

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit

• Strong technical skills in detailing and developing construction drawings

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities

• A passion for innovative design solutions and client satisfaction
