Trueline's client, a fast-growing boutique trial firm, is seeking a Supervising Paralegal to join their team in San Francisco. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a rapidly expanding firm tackling high-stakes litigation alongside a dedicated group of top legal talent.


What You'll Do as the Supervising Paralegal:

  • Manage and supervise a team of 5 junior case clerks, providing guidance and overseeing their professional development
  • Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic planning to align the case clerk program with firm objectives
  • Oversee complex discovery processes, including e-discovery and third-party subpoenas, across multiple cases
  • Manage document collections and productions for litigation
  • Draft, file and serve legal pleadings in state/federal courts and arbitrations 
  • Organize exhibits and supporting materials for depositions, hearings, arbitrations and trials
  • Provide trial/arbitration support including witness preparation and coordination with courts/vendors


You'll Succeed as the Supervising Paralegal if you Have:

  • Bachelor's degree and ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate 
  • 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience in state/federal trial courts
  • Strong supervisory experience or desire to manage junior staff
  • Excellent research, writing, communication and organizational skills
  • Expertise in litigation technology (Adobe Pro, MS Office, calendaring, Westlaw, e-filing, transcript software, e-discovery databases)
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while juggling multiple priorities 
  • Self-motivated with outstanding problem-solving abilities
  • A sense of humor, collaborative spirit, intellectual curiosity and determination
  • Exceptional references
