This position is perfect for anyone looking to provide exceptional unmatched care. While experience in a physical therapy or healthcare setting is preferred, it is not required. We are excited to train the right enthusiastic, caring, and motivated individual.

What’s in a Day’s Work?

•            Utilize data for analytical tasks and charting related to patient information.

•            Communicate with patients about their status and condition through emails, phone, and face-to-face conversations.

•            Manage patient accounts, including contact information, insurance, and financial details, confidentially.

•            Schedule patient visits and address questions, including billing and preparation.

•            Ensure services comply with state and federal regulatory requirements.

•            Have fun and enjoy the journey while making a difference in the lives of our patients.


What You Bring to the Team:

•            Must be 18 years or older.

•            High School Diploma or GED required

•            Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.

•            Friendly and approachable personality; you love interacting with people.

•            Dedication to providing excellent customer service in every interaction.

•            Comfortable with computer systems and software.

•            Thrive in our fast-paced environment by staying adaptable, detail-oriented, and mastering time management like a pro.

•            Willing to support and collaborate with your teammates.

•            Eager to learn and grow, open to feedback, and always seeking to improve.

•            Prior experience in healthcare administration is preferred but not required.
