Job Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in Key Account Management in managing National and Regional Vending Operators such as Canteen, Aramark and Sodexo along with brokers, distributors, and independent vending operators.
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• Adept at navigating GPOs and understanding Out of Home channels including but not limited to:
• Vending/Micromarket· 
• College/University
• K-12
• Healthcare
• Entertainment
• Office Coffee Services
• Experience in working with and managing brokers
• Self starter with builder mentality
• Proven leadership ability
• Strong internal and external customer orientation
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment required.
• Demonstrate ability to build relationships and maintain effective working relationships with distributors (Vistar, UNFI, SYSCO, Aramark,US Foods, etc), brokers, top level account decision makers, and all internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently with little supervision – self-motivated.
• Excellent oral, analytical, written, and group presentation communication skills.
• Strong organizational & planning skills.
• Thorough knowledge of company products and industry best practices (CPG and RTD products)
• Highly self-motivated and results oriented.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, customers, and third-party partners.
• Ability to thrive in a highly competitive and dynamic work environment.
• Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to multi-task
• Must live within 30 miles of a Regional Airport
