The Opportunity


We are seeking a Head of Growth & E-Commerce to lead the next stage of digital growth.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on DTC growth operator who can help scale an already validated premium skincare brand.

The ideal candidate will own the growth engine across customer acquisition, ecommerce, paid media, content integration, retention, and performance accountability.

This is not a traditional corporate marketing role.

It is not an agency management role.

It is not a marketplace or Amazon-focused role.

This is a builder/operator opportunity for someone who can personally drive growth while helping create the structure, cadence, and strategy needed for the brand’s next stage.

 

What You’ll Own


Digital Growth & Customer Acquisition


• Build and lead the digital growth strategy for our company

• Develop and optimize paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels

• Build testing frameworks across creative, landing pages, offers, funnels, and audience segments

• Improve new customer acquisition efficiency and growth consistency

• Manage performance against CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, contribution margin, and revenue goals


E-Commerce Performance


• Own ecommerce growth strategy and execution

• Improve conversion rate, product page performance, landing page strategy, AOV, bundling, and offer structure

• Partner with internal resources to improve the customer journey

• Identify opportunities to improve reorder, subscription, and repeat purchase behavior


Social, Content & Creative Integration


• Work with existing content and social media resources to connect organic content, founder-led education, and paid acquisition strategy

• Help define what content should be created, how it should be used, and how it should support growth objectives

• Ensure growth tactics protect the premium clinical positioning of the brand

• Use content and education as a growth advantage rather than relying on discount-heavy tactics


Retention & Lifecycle Marketing


• Improve email and SMS strategy

• Build lifecycle marketing programs that drive retention and repeat purchase

• Develop segmentation, reorder, and subscription strategies

• Improve customer re-engagement and loyalty initiatives


Leadership & Team Direction


• Lead and organize existing support resources across content, social media, affiliates, wholesale support, fulfillment, and operations where relevant

• Create clearer accountability and execution cadence around growth initiatives

• Identify future team, agency, freelance, or infrastructure needs as the business scales

• Work directly with the founders to translate business vision into growth execution

 

What We’re Looking For


The ideal candidate is a hands-on DTC growth operator with strong digital instincts, ecommerce experience, and the maturity to operate inside a founder-led environment.

You should be highly comfortable with both strategy and execution.

You should be able to personally understand the work, direct the work, measure the work, and improve the work.

This role is best suited for someone who has helped scale a consumer brand through digital acquisition, ecommerce optimization, content strategy, and disciplined execution.

• Consumer categories where education, trust, and repeat purchase matter

 

Must-Haves


• Proven DTC/ecommerce growth experience

• Hands-on paid acquisition fluency

• Strong understanding of Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and related growth channels

• Experience with ecommerce conversion, landing pages, funnels, and offer testing

• Strong understanding of retention, lifecycle marketing, email/SMS, and repeat purchase behavior

• Ability to connect content, social strategy, and performance marketing

• Comfort operating in a lean, fast-moving founder-led environment

• High ownership, low ego, and strong execution discipline

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to lead existing resources while still personally understanding the details

 

Strong Preferences


• Beauty, skincare, wellness, aesthetics, or premium consumer experience

• Shopify or similar ecommerce platform experience

• Subscription or replenishment-oriented product experience

• Experience scaling a founder-led brand

• Experience with premium positioning and brand protection

• Experience building internal growth capability before relying heavily on agencies

 

Not the Right Fit If You Are


• Primarily a corporate brand marketer

• Primarily an Amazon or marketplace operator

• Primarily an agency strategist without direct brand ownership

• Overly dependent on large teams or established infrastructure

• More comfortable delegating than executing

• Highly title-driven

• Uncomfortable with ambiguity, speed, or founder involvement

• Inclined toward discount-heavy or brand-dilutive growth tactics
