SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic Digital, Social & PR Manager to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms, social media channels, and earned media. This role is ideal for a creative, strategic marketer who understands consumer behavior, food trends, and the fast‑paced nature of CPG brand building. You will lead the development and execution of high-impact digital and social content strategies, drive influencer and PR programs, and ensure consistent storytelling that strengthens brand equity, drives cultural relevance and business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Social Media & Content Strategy
· Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with strategic growth pillars to reach our consumers
· Manage the content calendar ensuring alignment with media campaigns, innovation launches, and cultural moments across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc)
· Monitor real time trends and identify proactive brand engagement opportunities
· Partner with external agencies to execute cohesive strategy across all platforms (paid, owned, earned)
· Ensure website content is current, optimized and aligned with brand voice and strategy
Influencer & Creator Partnerships
· Build and manage influencer partnerships inclusive of contract negotiation, briefing and execution
· Manage content creator partners to create brand-focused content including recipes, usage occasions, lifestyle storytelling, and seasonal/innovation campaigns
· Identify & execute brand collaborations to drive brand relevance and support strategic initiatives (i.e., social media cross-promotions, event marketing, etc)
Community Management & Public Relations
· Monitor and respond to consumer comments, questions and direct messages, ensuring positive brand interaction
· Align and engage with customer service team to ensure appropriate action is taken with consumer complaints
· Monitor social listening dashboards to track sentiment and competitive activity
· Develop and implement PR strategies as needed to increase brand visibility; providing insights and recommendations for integrated PR opportunities
· Support trade shows and industry events
Strategic Analysis & ROI Discipline
· Analyze channel performance, optimize campaigns, and report on KPIs to drive continuous improvement on engagement, conversion and efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:
· Bachelors degree required in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field
· 5+ years minimum experience in social media, PR, brand marketing at a CPG company, ideally in food
· Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; ability to lead and influence internal and external stakeholders
· Experience with social media management platforms
· Strong PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Experience marketing to Hispanic or Multi-Cultural consumers a plus
