This position will be responsible for managing our products withing the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic United States. The candidate will be responsible for managing primarily convenience chains, wholesalers, broad liners, and independent distributors toward success. Candidate will also manage our broker relations within assigned territories.

 

The right candidate will be able manage the distribution, promotional schedules, and accounting/payment schedules of assigned accounts. The ability for the candidate to balance a robust sales goal while maintaining the required managerial requirements is a must. The right candidate will have the ability to develop strong business relationships within the assigned territory.

 

This position reports directly to the Director of US Convenience.

 

Roles & Responsibilities


• Manage retail accounts within assigned territory.

• Manage broker relationships within assigned territory

• Manage wholesalers and broad liners within assigned territory.

• Attend trade shows and represent our brands where needed.

• Accounting accuracy and reporting within assigned territory. Meeting monthly deadlines.

• Ability to adjust to continual growth demands and new business opportunities.

Minimum Requirement:

 

• Minimum of 10 years of CPG account management.

• Past experience in Convenience Channel.

• Ability to meet moving/changing objectives within a fast-growing company.

• Positive attitude and appearance, positive interpersonal communication skills
