PURPOSE

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the maintenance function at the Gbrewery. This position will set direction, goals, ensure compliance, and provide leadership for the entire plant maintenance organization. The Maintenance Manager will lead a diverse team of maintenance technicians, planners, schedulers, and reliability engineers to meet plant KPI’s while leading and maintaining the utmost safety standards. Maintenance manager will be responsible to manage the maintenance budget while implementing a world class maintenance program to include predictive, preventative, and reactive maintenance items.

· Ensure compliance of all safety standards by the maintenance organization.
· Collaborate with the EHS manager and plant safety team to improve safety programs and instill a culture of safety amongst the maintenance team
· Oversee and support the professional development of the maintenance team members; motivates, coaches and develops a diverse, high performing and engaged team to meet established goals and build organizational capability.
· Manage all required training programs for maintenance team to ensure 100% required training completion
· Provide for developmental training
· Manage wage change process for employees including reviews. Encourage performance through formal and informal performance reviews.
· Manage weekly time sheets accurately and consistently.
· Manage labor cost as efficiently as possible relative to demands upon department, using the budget to remain within financial parameters.
· Conduct interviews and manage the hiring process within the department.
· Coordinate with maintenance technicians to ensure effective use of all EAM and CMMS programs
· Set and maintain individual KPI metrics for maintenance team members
· Ensure repair consistency by leading the SOP creation effort for the department
· Actively leads the evolution of a robust MAB Quality and Food Safety Culture by reinforcing the importance of Good Manufacturing Practices and protecting the quality, food safety, integrity and legality of MAB products and processes.
QUALIFICATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

· Proven ability to motivate a team and lead change through an organization

· Must be able to work collaboratively with peers to develop a cohesive production environment.
· Knowledge of TPM / Maintenance Excellence programs including Asset Management, Breakdown Analysis, FMEA, and Reliability Centered Maintenance.
· Working knowledge of high-speed beverage canning/packaging line equipment and OEMs (Jones, KHS, Ferrum, GEA preferred).
· Strong capability to build reliability-focused teams and systems (planning/scheduling, lubrication, storeroom, RCA) and to develop frontline leaders and technicians.
· Understanding of financial systems and controls - including ability to analyze budget and cost data, determine trends and apply corrective actions to achieve desired financial goals.
· Solid project planning and management skills using standard project management tools.
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills throughout the organization.
· Strong work ethic and willingness to take on any task.
· Must be able to handle sensitive related and proprietary information in a confidential manner.
