About the Role
Our client, a Fortune 500 leader in the insurance space, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their IT team. If you have a background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance or accounting, and enjoy translating business needs into technology solutions, this role is for you.
You’ll work with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, streamline processes, and support projects that keep our systems accurate, compliant, and future-ready.
What You’ll Do
- Gather and document business requirements for IT projects.
- Translate needs into user stories and functional specs.
- Partner with stakeholders in insurance and accounting to improve processes.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and project managers to deliver solutions.
- Support testing, training, and adoption of new systems.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in IT or financial services.
- Strong background in P&C insurance or accounting/finance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with Agile teams and business analysis tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio).
✅ Nice to Have:

CBAP® certification (preferred).
- Experience with insurance systems, claims, or ERP platforms.
