Our client, a global industry leader, is seeking a detail-oriented Data Coordinator to help keep their digital business systems and data running smoothly. When information such as orders, invoices, or shipping details doesn’t transfer correctly between systems like SAP, DASH, or customer portals, you’ll investigate the issue, correct it, and ensure the data flows properly.

You’ll also support new customer onboarding, data maintenance, and troubleshooting with both internal teams and external distributors. This role is essential to ensuring accurate, efficient digital transactions across global operations.

⚙️ What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and resolve data transfer or document issues within SAP and related systems (DASH, EDI, Salesforce)
  • Work with IT and business teams to identify and correct workflow or system errors
  • Support customer setup by ensuring accurate data and smooth integration into business systems
  • Manage and respond to internal requests related to eCommerce and digital data exchange
  • Research and resolve data discrepancies to maintain high data accuracy and integrity
  • Perform light data entry, updates, and master data cleanup
  • Assist with onboarding new distributors and maintaining customer information

👥 Who You’ll Work With

  • Internal teams across Customer Service, IT, Master Data, and Business Operations
  • External distributors and partners to troubleshoot data and system connection issues

This is a long term contract opportunity

Hourly rate of $28-33/hour DOE
