Financial Analyst - Commercial Team

Our client, a leading billion-dollar chemical manufacturer, seeks a driven Financial Analyst to join their Commercial Team. As a key member of the team, you will advise business leaders to inform decision-making and strategy across the commercial team and broader organization

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and sensitivity analysis for the commercial organization
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Product Line teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
• Develop and refine KPIs to measure sales performance, customer acquisition, and retention
• Support pricing strategy development and evaluate its impact on profitability
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership, highlighting trends and actionable insights
• Drive data-driven decision-making through analysis and insights
• Continuously improve financial processes, systems, and tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with 2+ years in a commercial or GTM finance role
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in data transformation and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Alteryx, PowerBI)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

This position is on-site in Sharonville, OH. Compensation is $90-115k DOE
