Project Manager – Controls & Automation
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of small- to mid-size controls and automation projects from kickoff through closeout. This role is responsible for managing scope, budget, and schedule while coordinating engineering, installation, and commissioning resources. The Project Manager serves as the primary customer contact, ensures timely deliverables and accurate reporting, and helps drive continuous improvement in project delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, field services, vendors, and subcontractors
- Lead project meetings, track action items, and provide status, risk, and financial reporting
- Serve as main point of contact for customers; manage expectations on scope, cost, and schedule
- Support installation and commissioning activities as needed
- Collaborate with Sales on scoping, estimates, and project definition
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 4–7 years of project management experience in automation, industrial, or construction environments
- Familiarity with controls and electrical project lifecycles
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, and project reporting tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

Base Compensation is $95k-135K DOE
