Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining excellent client relationships and fostering collaboration among project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning & Execution:
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Manage day-to-day project operations and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
• Budget Management:
• Monitor project budgets, identify potential cost savings, and manage changes in scope.
• Prepare and track project cost reports and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and monitor performance.
• Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Address and resolve issues promptly to maintain project progress.
• Client and Stakeholder Relations:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders regarding project status and progress.
• Compliance & Safety:
• Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Promote a culture of safety by enforcing job site safety protocols and conducting regular inspections.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in commercial or industrial construction.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and construction-specific tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
