Description

An acclaimed restaurant group seeks a Bar Manager for their high-volume, upscale full-service location in Palo Alto, CA. The Bar Manager is responsible for leading the bar program, developing the team, and delivering an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint. This is a hands-on leadership role for a beverage professional who is as comfortable behind the bar as they are coaching and developing their team. Must be authorized to work in the US.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Bar Manager in an upscale, high-volume restaurant
• Deep knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine; familiarity with Mediterranean wine regions and beverage traditions is a plus
• Proven ability to develop and execute seasonal cocktail menus and manage beverage programming
• Experience managing, scheduling, and developing a bar team
• Hands-on experience with bar inventory and cost controls
• Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest moments
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Spanish language skills, a plus
