DESCRIPTION:
American-based luxury, members-only concierge service known for unlocking access to world-class dining, luxury travel, and lifestyle experiences is seeking an experienced Dining Concierge in London. Our members are discerning, high-spending individuals who rely on our company for insider access, curated service, and unmatched reliability. How You Will Contribute:
Reservation Management:
- Efficiently handle reservation requests for our members, successfully securing reservations at top tier and in-demand restaurants world wide, focused on our core markets of New York, South Florida, and Europe.
- Leverage expert industry knowledge to offer personalized recommendations tailored to members' inquiries and in line with their preferences.
Relationship Building + Partnership Development:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with in-demand restaurants with an initial focus on New York, Miami, and Paris; ensuring priority access and seamless experience for our members.
- Collaborate with the executive team to explore partnerships and exclusive offerings with in-demand restaurants.
Stay Informed:
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, new openings, and changes in the dining landscape.
- Regularly update the team on noteworthy events, promotions, and culinary experiences in your primary markets.
- Deeply understand our product and our Member’s needs to proactively identify opportunities to enhance the member experience and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, design, and engineering, to ensure seamless member experiences.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience as a concierge or client services/relations executive in a high-touch membership, dining/hospitality, or luxury services capacity.
- Proven experience working with high-net worth clients to provide remarkable experiences and exclusive access.
- Proven experience excelling in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to adapt and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of our members and align with restaurant operating schedules.
- Ability to properly prioritize against competing needs.
- Familiarity with Zendesk or other SaaS communication platforms is highly preferred.
- Additional industry contacts and restaurant knowledge in Los Angeles, Aspen, and beyond is a huge plus!
- Passion for hospitality and dining; generally interested in the restaurant industry.
