Description

An acclaimed Mediterranean restaurant group seeks a Floor Manager for their high-volume, upscale full-service location in Los Gatos, CA. The Floor Manager is responsible for leading daily dining room operations, supporting the team on the floor, and delivering a consistently exceptional guest experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for a hospitality professional who leads by example and takes pride in developing those around them. Must be authorized to work in the US.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Floor Manager in an upscale or high-volume restaurant
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team
• Excellent communication skills, confident, warm, and professional
• Deep commitment to delivering world-class guest experiences
• Knowledge of service standards, menu literacy, and wine/beverage fundamentals; an appreciation for Mediterranean cuisine and culture is a plus
• Familiarity with reservation systems (OpenTable, Resy, or similar)
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Spanish language skills, a plus
