A notable independent restaurant group led by a JBF Award–winning Chef/Owner seeks a Sous Chef for its restaurant in Boston's Back Bay. This high volume, upscale Italian restaurant and wine bar needs an experienced Sous Chef to help lead day to day culinary operations. This is a hands-on role focused on leading service, mentoring team members, and upholding the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality. You'll work closely with Chef de Cuisine to manage daily operations, ensure smooth and consistent service, and help cultivate a positive, high-performing kitchen culture.


This elevated neighborhood restaurant showcases coastal Italian cuisine with a focus on house-made pasta, small plates, crudos, and grilled specialties. The menu is inventive yet rooted in tradition, blending classic techniques with bold, contemporary flavors. Ingredients are thoughtfully sourced—featuring fresh local produce, premium Italian imports, and unique finds from around the world.


Skills & Requirements:

  • Must have a stellar track record
  • Must have at least 2 years of Sous Chef experience in a full service, upscale restaurant environment. Preference for fine dining and notable chef-driven concepts.
