DESCRIPTION:


Seeking experienced and dedicated General Manager for a high-volume, fine dining restaurant in Denver. Must possess passion for hospitality, wine and fine dining service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a minimum of 3-5 years of GM experience in an elevated and/or fine dining environment. Candidates must have no less than 2 years of experience in any management role and must also have a proven ability to create and implement systems and proactively manage the financial viability of the business. Ability to teach, coach and develop a large team with high standards is a must.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • 3+ years in a restaurant General Manager role
  • High volume ($7-10mm) management experience
  • Experience managing an elevated, full service, systems-based operation
  • Strong understanding of food cost, P&L and labor management
  • Strong wine and beverage knowledge
  • Training and leadership oriented
  • Effective and timely communication skills
  • Ability to deliver operational excellence and consistency
  • Team building skills
  • Honesty, integrity and guest-oriented philosophy
  • Passion for quality and excellence in food, atmosphere and service
