As a Technical Lead Designer – High Tech, you'll work on multidisciplinary assignments, leveraging both your technical skills and personal competencies to drive product software engineering in a dynamic development environment. Key Responsibilities_

• Collaborate in multidisciplinary project teams, enhancing teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage stakeholders and build strong networks within the project ecosystem.
• Proactively oversee critical technical parameters, ensuring a holistic approach to processes.
• Tackle challenging in-house projects in the Eindhoven region.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Develop your expertise as a Technical Lead Designer and advance your career.

Qualifications_

• Bachelor’s degree in a software-related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the high-tech industry.
• Proficiency in C, Python, and/or C++.
• Experience in modeling, Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, UML, and Design patterns is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and test processes.
• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and enthusiastic team player.
• Proactive communicator with a focus on feedback, stakeholder dialogue, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in English is required; Dutch is a plus.
• Residency in the Eindhoven region.
