Overview_

As a Technical Software Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding and strengthening the partner network. You will be involved in software implementation and provide technical support for building automation solutions. Your week will be filled with product presentations, technical seminars, and hands-on programming support, both from the office and on-site with customers. Your goal is to excite partners about the product portfolio, build strong relationships with integrators and installers, and support them in successfully implementing software solutions.


Key Responsibilities_

  • Engage partners and networks with the Next Gen Automation/Engineering Framework.
  • Assist customers in successfully implementing software solutions.
  • Conduct sales demos for the system to partners and end customers.
  • Provide technical support for new product launches and field testing.
  • Train sales colleagues and organize technical information for the sales team, partners, and end customers.


Qualifications_

  • Enthusiasm for technology and a passion for building relationships.
  • Initiative in creating opportunities and solving complex technical challenges.
  • HBO/WO level education, preferably in a technical/IT-related field.
  • Experience in engineering is preferred, with a strong affinity for building technology and/or climate control systems.
  • Proficiency in programming (Python, C++), PLC programming, block diagrams, or BACnet.
  • Additional training in installation technology or experience with installers and distribution partners is a significant advantage.
