• Salary between €65,000 and €85,000 per year

(including holiday allowance, a fixed bonus in November, and a 7.7% extra in December – don’t ask us why it’s 7.7%, it just is 😄)

Your profile

We’re looking for a proactive and motivated professional who brings:

• Proven experience coordinating one or more teams as a PO or SM
• A pro-active, hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English and German (or the willingness to learn German!)

You’ll prioritise tasks, manage the backlog, facilitate sprint planning, and improve communication and processes both internally and externally.
