🧠 Now hiring a Principal Firmware Engineer to help lead the design and development of next-generation connected products in the consumer and health-tech space.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity to own firmware architecture, guide a small engineering team, and bring innovative ideas to life from concept to production.

What you’ll do:

• Lead embedded firmware design and development for complex, connected products
• Collaborate closely with hardware, design, and manufacturing teams
• Architect, bring up, and optimize firmware on ARM-based microcontrollers
• Develop using C / C++ and RTOS environments (FreeRTOS or Zephyr)
• Work with communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, BLE, Wi-Fi, Cellular)
• Drive continuous improvement through code reviews, testing, and CI tools

What we’re looking for:

• 7+ years of firmware or embedded systems experience
• Strong C/C++ and microcontroller programming background
• Familiar with Git, CMake, VS Code, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience shipping hardware products from prototype to launch

💰 Salary: $165,000 – $190,000 + benefits
