I'm partnering with an innovative player in the ag-tech autonomy space building next-generation off-road robotics. They’re designing semi-autonomous systems capable of navigating dusty, GPS-denied, high-complexity outdoor environments — and they’re looking for a senior technical leader to shape the autonomy architecture.

Role Highlights:

• Lead and mentor across the full autonomy stack

• Develop algorithms for robust outdoor navigation in degraded-GNSS environments

• Own sensor selection, integration, and calibration (camera, LiDAR, GPS, etc.)

• Build modules for route following, obstacle avoidance, and safety-critical behaviors

• Validate through simulation + field testing, rapidly iterating on real-world feedback

• Work closely with hardware, field ops, and end-users

• Translate cutting-edge robotics research into practical, deployable systems

Ideal Background:

• Master’s or PhD with 5+ years in robotics/autonomy

• Strong in C++, Python, ROS2

• Deep experience in at least one area: Calibration, Sensor Fusion, Planning, Control, Collision Detection

• Proven track record delivering safety-critical software

• Hands-on with camera, LiDAR, GPS, and off-road sensing
