🚀 We’re hiring an Engineering Manager – Advanced UAV Systems

(Onsite | Southern California)

Acting on behalf of a fast-growing aerospace client, we’re looking for a leader who blends deep hands-on UAV engineering with the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams building next-generation unmanned aircraft.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong background in aerodynamics, flight controls, or flight robotics

• Experience designing, building, and testing novel UAV systems (multirotor, tail-sitters, experimental aircraft, etc.)

• Proven capability leading field testing, flight operations, safety procedures, and system integration

• Ability to manage and mentor engineers across mechanical, software, autonomy, and hardware

• Comfort working in a fast-moving R&D environment building complex systems from concept → prototype → flight test → deployment

• Passion for solving hard problems in autonomy, advanced mobility, or aerial robotics

• U.S. citizenship or ability to obtain clearance (required)
