Our client is seeking an Equipment Technician (Mechanic) for their growing equipment business.

This job is SkillBridge eligible for transitioning Service Members!

What You Bring to the Table:

• Knowledge and abilities commonly found in 5+ years of experience in maintenance, repair, and diagnostics of equipment

  • Compaction experience helpful
  • Two stroke engine experience helpful
  • Welding experience helpful

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Must be able to follow policies, directions, and procedures

• Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screening

• Must be thorough and have attention to detail to ensure quality work

• Basic computer skills

• Must be reliable and punctual


What You Do:

The Equipment Technician (Mechanic) is empowered to provide excellent customer service through professional and timely repairs of equipment. Maintain the mission and vision statement by making the organization the first choice for service, parts, and equipment procurement.


• Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on equipment in the shop

  • Preventative Maintenance
  • Diagnose & Troubleshoot Issues
  • Pull & Replace Parts
  • Complex Repairs

• Timely and accurately record detailed work order notes

• Perform other duties as assigned by Shop Foreman or Service Advisor

• Demonstrate clean and organized work practices
