SKILLBRIDGE - DDC Technicians & Programmers

Our client is seeking support for their growing business installing DDC Control systems in commercial office buildings, schools, hospitals, colleges and government buildings.


What you will do:

This role will be empowered to perform key functions (appx 95% office based) in the installation or remodeling of existing systems to deliver comfortable environments for employees, students, and others.

  • Creating control drawings in VISIO
  • Ensuring proper electrical wiring diagrams
  • System architecture and layout
  • Drafting sequence of operations
  • Communicating with programmer, project manager, and sales engineer to ensure proper scope of work
  • Coordination with internal and external customers
  • Creating bill of materials
  • Wiring termination and panel layout detailing
  • Documentation of as-built manuals


What you bring to the table:

  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC control systems
  • Experience with MEP plan/spec interpretation and application
  • Ability to survey existing facility systems
