Our client is a mid-size practice is seeking a Transactional Attorney (Residential Real Estate) for a growing legal practice, including

• Associate
• Sr Counsel
• Of Counsel

Partnership track available. Our client has a history of taking associates to partnership. Equity partnership potential in future.

What You Are Responsible For:

This role will be empowered to play a key part in their growing real estate practice.

• Complex residential real estate matters from beginning to end
• Acquisitions of all types
• Raw land development through development periods

What you Bring:

• 3+ years Real Estate transactional experience required
• Ability to handle complex transactions from beginning to end
• Must be eligible to practice in State of Texas immediately
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
