This is a chance to join a highly reputable international F&F house who are growing fast within Poland with a new lab planned over the next few years. You will join an existing commercial team in the region and will focus on helping to open new doors within customers cross category.
Your mission
- Promote and sell our throughout Poland
- Maintain and develop business relationships with key customers in the fragrance industry
- Prepare and conduct product presentations and customer workshops for new and existing customers
- Coordinate and support communication between our R&D department and the customer on technical issues
- Participate in sales meetings, industry trade shows and networking events
- Develop and implement sales strategies for key accounts
Your profile
- Degree in business administration or industrial training
- 3-5 years in marketing or sales, preferably in the perfume/pharmaceutical industry
- First relevant experience in B2B sales
- Market knowledge as well as relationships within the relevant industry are an advantage
- Good networking and influencing skills
- Willingness to travel, both nationally and internationally
- Ability to work effectively in a team and individually
- Excellent communication skills in Polish and English
