You will be working for a forward-focused SME building consultancy practice that undertakes a wide range of professional services alongside architectural technologists, including all types of Surveys (Commercial and residential), Project Design, 3D Visualization, and Project Management. The private practice has a mixed portfolio of clients all over the UK.

You will conduct residential and commercial surveys, analyse data, and prepare detailed reports.

Typical building surveying duties include:

• Building Surveys
• Schedules of Condition
• Schedules of Dilapidation
• Party Wall
• Insurance Valuations

The ideal candidate should be RICS qualified, have a thorough understanding of surveying techniques and equipment, and be able to interpret and analyse survey data. Strong residential knowledge will be useful.
