The Role

• Manage and oversee various building surveying projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Deliver professional building surveying services, including:
• Dilapidations, schedules of condition, and building pathology.
• Contract administration and project management of refurbishments, extensions, and redevelopments.
• Producing specifications and overseeing the design process.
• Party wall matters and landlord-tenant negotiations.
• Health and safety compliance, including CDM regulations.
• Acquisitions and due diligence surveys.
• Work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

The Benefits

• £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience).
• Performance-based bonus, paid quarterly.
