The Role

  • Deliver a full range of professional building surveying services, including:
  • Dilapidations, schedules of condition, and building pathology.
  • Contract administration and project management of refurbishments, fit-outs, and new builds.
  • Feasibility studies and technical due diligence.
  • Party wall matters and neighbourly disputes.
  • Planned maintenance strategies and defect analysis.
  • Compliance with health and safety regulations, including CDM.
  • Working closely with clients to provide strategic advice and innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
