Director of Sales / Home Care Growth Executive

Territory: Connecticut & Rhode Island (Field-Based)

Compensation: Six-Figure Earning Potential + Uncapped Bonus

Schedule: Full-Time | Results-Driven | Field Role


Our client, a well-established and highly respected home care organization, is seeking a proven, high-performing sales leader to take ownership of the Connecticut and Rhode Island territory. This is a true hunter role designed for someone with an existing book of business, a strong reputation in the market, and the drive to aggressively grow census.


This is not a junior sales role. This opportunity is for a seasoned home care sales professional who wants to name their number, take full accountability for results, and dominate a high-opportunity territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive home care census growth across Connecticut and Rhode Island
  • Leverage an existing book of business to generate immediate referral activity
  • Build and expand referral relationships with ALFs, SNFs, hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners
  • Maintain a strong, consistent field presence through facility visits and networking
  • Deliver measurable results and consistent referral volume
  • Maintain accountability for territory performance and growth metrics
  • Partner closely with operations and care teams to support smooth starts of care
  • Represent the organization with professionalism, credibility, and confidence
