Role Responsibilities
- Design and execute innovative, seasonal, and market-driven menus
- Build and mentor a positive, professional culinary team
- Manage food and labor costs while maintaining exceptional quality
- Ensure operational excellence in kitchen standards, systems, and service flow
- Collaborate with ownership on long-term growth and brand direction
Experience & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring a proven history of culinary and business leadership in acclaimed restaurant environments:

Tenure: Demonstrated stability and commitment with multi-year tenures in previous leadership roles, reflecting consistency and dedication to building successful kitchens and teams

Accomplishments: Track record of driving profitability, maintaining top guest satisfaction ratings, and launching or leading highly regarded dining programs

Recognition & Rankings: Experience in restaurants recognized by Michelin, James Beard, or inclusion in leading local or national dining lists is highly valued

Miami Market Experience: Strong familiarity with Miami’s culinary landscape, supply chain, and guest expectations preferred
