📍 Restaurant Manager – Upscale NYC Steakhouse | $85–95K + Benefits | Immediate Start

What You’ll Do:

  • Champion an exceptional guest experience and lead by example during peak service periods.
  • Coach, train, and mentor front-of-house staff to elevate service execution, technique, and team morale.
  • Oversee daily operations, monitor inventory, manage ordering, and maintain cost controls.
  • Handle floor oversight, address guest feedback in real time, and uphold health/safety regulations.


You Bring:

  • Prior experience in high-end dining or upscale hospitality environments.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, deliver outstanding guest service, and manage restaurant operations efficiently.
  • Strong communication, scheduling, and inventory management skills.
  • A collaborative leadership style and an eye for detail.


💵 Compensation: $85,000–$90,000 base salary, plus benefits
