About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Marketing Director to lead all marketing and branding initiatives across our restaurant portfolio. This is not a behind-the-desk role—you will be fully immersed in the culture of our restaurants, attending events, activations, and peak-hour moments to ensure our brand presence is authentic, consistent, and impactful. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, combining creative vision with strong organizational skills to execute strategies that drive guest engagement and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Fully immerse in each restaurant brand to understand its culture, voice, and guest experience.
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate awareness and drive traffic.
  • Manage digital channels including website, email, SEO/SEM, social media, and paid campaigns.
  • Create engaging, on-brand content across all platforms; oversee photography, video, and copy.
  • Be present at events, activations, and restaurant peak hours to ensure marketing efforts are executed seamlessly and authentically.
  • Partner with operations, ownership, and culinary teams to support openings, menu launches, promotions, and community initiatives.
  • Build relationships with media, PR, and local partners to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Monitor analytics, track ROI, and adjust campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all guest touchpoints, from digital to in-store experiences.
  • Stay ahead of hospitality, lifestyle, and social trends to keep marketing innovative and relevant.
  • Manage a comprehensive calendar tying together initiatives, offers, new items, and seasonality. 

Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, restaurants, or consumer lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing creative, results-driven campaigns.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Comfortable being in the restaurants, attending events, and engaging with guests and teams during evenings, weekends, and peak times as needed.
  • Deep understanding of digital platforms, content creation, and analytics tools.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills; experience managing teams and partners.
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and delivering memorable guest experiences.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range: $130,000 – $150,000 plus performance-based incentives
