A celebrated fine dining restaurant group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead front-of-house operations and elevate guest experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily front-of-house operations, ensuring flawless guest experiences in a fine dining environment.
  • Collaborate closely with ownership and the culinary team to uphold the restaurant’s vision, standards, and reputation.
  • Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and hospitality.
  • Oversee service standards, reservations, floor operations, and guest relations.
  • Manage financial performance, including labor costs, P&L oversight, and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and service regulations.


Requirements

  • Fine dining leadership experience is required; Michelin-starred restaurant background is highly valued in markets where Michelin is present.
  • Asian cuisine experience strongly preferred, with deep appreciation for diverse culinary traditions.
  • Proven track record of success as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in high-volume, high-profile fine dining environments.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $100,000 – $130,000, commensurate with experience
  • Benefits: Healthcare, PTO, and 401(k)
  • Relocation: $4,000 relocation bonus available for non-local candidates
  • Start Date: Targeting February 2026
