Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily front-of-house operations, ensuring flawless guest experiences in a fine dining environment.
- Collaborate closely with ownership and the culinary team to uphold the restaurant’s vision, standards, and reputation.
- Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and hospitality.
- Oversee service standards, reservations, floor operations, and guest relations.
- Manage financial performance, including labor costs, P&L oversight, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and service regulations.
Requirements

Fine dining leadership experience is required; Michelin-starred restaurant background is highly valued in markets where Michelin is present.

Asian cuisine experience strongly preferred, with deep appreciation for diverse culinary traditions.
- Proven track record of success as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in high-volume, high-profile fine dining environments.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $100,000 – $130,000, commensurate with experience
