Position: Market Manager (Retail & Grab-and-Go Operations)

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Market Manager to lead a high-volume, premium retail and grab-and-go food operation within a dynamic, guest-focused environment.
This role holds full ownership of day-to-day operations, including team leadership, inventory management, merchandising, and financial performance. The Market Manager will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless integration between retail and prepared food programs while delivering a polished, efficient, and engaging guest experience.

What you bring to the table:
- Proven ability to lead high-volume retail and grab-and-go operations with a focus on efficiency and guest experience
- Strong leadership skills with experience hiring, training, scheduling, and developing cross-functional teams
- Hands-on approach to managing daily operations across retail floor, front-end, and inventory functions
- Experience overseeing merchandising strategy, including product placement, visual standards, and seasonal execution
- Strong understanding of inventory management, including ordering, receiving, product rotation, and shrink/waste control
- Ability to analyze sales, labor, and margin data to identify trends and drive operational improvements
- Experience managing labor scheduling and controlling costs in a variable-volume environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards, perishables handling, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency with POS systems, inventory platforms, and scheduling tools

Required Work Experience:
- 5+ years of progressive management experience in retail, grocery, or foodservice environments
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced operations with perishable and prepared food components
- Proven track record of team leadership, staff development, and operational management
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing sales, labor, and cost controls
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred
Preferred Work Experience:
- Experience in hybrid retail + prepared food or grab-and-go environments
- Background in merchandising strategy and product presentation
- Familiarity with inventory analytics, turnover metrics, and waste reduction strategies
