As Executive Chef, you will be entrusted with shaping the restaurant’s culinary identity, crafting exceptional guest experiences, and leading a passionate team in a high-performance environment. Compensation
- Base Salary Range: $127,000 – $169,900 / year
- Annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance

What You’ll Do
- Lead, inspire, and develop kitchen and service teams to uphold the highest standards of excellence
- Design and execute seasonal menus reflecting authentic Italian culinary traditions, paired with creative innovation
- Manage recipe development, portioning, and preparation procedures within budgetary guidelines
- Oversee purchasing, inventory, food and labor cost management, and operational reporting
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Utilize financial acumen to manage P&L, budgets, and scheduling
- Foster a culture of mentorship, continuous improvement, and career development within the team
About You
- 10+ years of overall culinary experience in established restaurants or catering operations
- At least 5 years as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, fine dining, or luxury hospitality setting
- Deep knowledge and hands-on expertise in authentic Italian cuisine
- Culinary Arts degree or certification preferred; ServSafe and Food Safety Handler certifications required
- Strong financial management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Proven leadership ability to coach, inspire, and manage teams effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic, high-profile environment
