Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and analysts to deliver impactful data science solutions. You will participate in the full data science lifecycle from wrangling data to building, deploying, and monitoring machine learning models while writing production-ready code with platform support from engineers.

Location: Remote within the U.S. (excluding CA, MA, NJ), with flexibility for hybrid or in-office work where supported.

Key Responsibilities

• Build machine learning models to improve product personalization and connect users with solutions that best meet their needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and develop ML-based solutions that drive measurable impact
• Analyze product and user data, design experiments, and support the collection and integration of new data sources
• Write clean, maintainable production code to operationalize models using best practices from software engineering
• Perform peer code reviews, mentor junior data scientists, and contribute to continuous improvement of platform, processes, and practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical data role, including hands-on experience building machine learning or statistical models
• Strong foundation in mathematics and experience with a variety of ML/statistical methods (regression, classification, clustering, experimental design)
• Proficiency in Python and data ecosystem tools (scikit-learn, pandas, polars, etc.)
• Familiarity with CI/CD, unit testing, orchestration, and cloud environments
• Experience mentoring junior data scientists and delivering data-driven solutions that drive business impact
