Position: AI/ML Specialist

Location: Hybrid in Jersey City, New Jersey

Our client is a fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS company that’s leveraging intelligent automation to strengthen enterprise security, streamline compliance, and modernize DevSecOps practices. They are seeking an AI/ML Specialist to design and deploy cutting-edge AI agents that will transform how organizations secure their systems.

In this position, the AI/ML Specialist will design, build, and deploy intelligent agents powered by LLMs, knowledge graphs, and orchestration frameworks to automate complex workflows such as system analysis, compliance validation, and security risk assessment. The ideal candidate will combine strong Python engineering skills with hands-on experience building agentic AI systems using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or CrewAI.

Ideal Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in CS, AI/ML, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of Python development with solid engineering fundamentals.
• Proven experience building and deploying AI agents from prototype to production.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
• Expertise with embeddings, RAG pipelines, and vector search.
• Strong understanding of LLM integrations and reasoning architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization.
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and enterprise system integration.

Preferred: Background in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or compliance frameworks; experience with knowledge graphs or reinforcement learning; exposure to multi-agent coordination.
