Solutions Architect – Conversational AI

Duration: Direct Hire - Full time

Salary: $160-220k base + benefits + equity

We are seeking a highly technical Solutions Architect to design and scale next-generation conversational AI systems. This role requires someone who has been deeply embedded with engineering and product teams, with a proven track record of building intelligent, modular, and reliable AI-driven experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and implement advanced conversation flows that support complex, multi-turn interactions.
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) into production systems and refine their behavior for real-world use cases.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to shape technical strategy and deliver AI-driven features.
• Optimize dialogue systems through testing, monitoring, and iterative improvement.
• Ensure scalability, reusability, and performance in conversational AI architectures.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in software engineering and system architecture.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, conversational design, and integration with enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with frameworks and tools for building chatbots (e.g., Rasa, LangChain, Dialogflow, Lex, etc.).
• Ability to prototype quickly, while also driving production-level quality.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with voice-based conversational AI.
• Knowledge of embeddings, vector databases, or retrieval-augmented generation.
• Understanding of knowledge graphs or ML methods for dialogue management.
