KNM Resources is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Systems to serves as the Lead on systems and data governance initiatives and as a liaison between Finance and IT functions. 6 - 10 years of experience and strong project management skills and strong understanding of Accounting and Finance functions. Responsibilities

• Oversee the company’s ERP data initiatives across finance data objects
• Develop and execute strategies to improve financial data governance for operational, reporting, and analytical needs.
• Develop processes, controls and best business practices around financial data management
• Partner with IT to implement SAP modules
• Manage upgrades and enhancements
• Lead implementation of finance data management principles
• Partner to develop Master Data Governance activities and workflow processes
• Develop an organization understanding of data lifecycles, partnering with SME across the company
• Resolve costing issues
• Develop and implement Financial Reporting, data track changes and procedure / instructions
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity to protect company data.
• Maintain the Chart of Accounts and mapping between platforms
• Maintain system access for authorized data users across platforms
• Data lineage and data mapping
• Review data logs
• Support internal and external audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 6 - 10 years of experience with data management solutions
• Project Management experience required
• SAP required
• Experience with data and ERP integrators
• Experience deploying select modules from design to deployment
• Proficient with processing large volume of data
• Experience designing queries leveraging advanced analytics reporting tools 
• Systems experience sitting between Finance / Accounting and IT
